Deep Spring Revitalising Zones

An experiential sampling promotion creating an oasis of natural revitalisation at two centres, Westfield Downtown and 277 Newmarket.

Client and objective

Deep Spring wished to create a revitalising experience, offering an unexpected oasis for busy women aged generally between 30 - 39 years of age. They wished to create a brand connection by offering a taste of Deep Spring, together with a free hand massage in centre to bring a pampering and memorable experience to the shopper.

The campaign

An experiential revitalising zone for Deep Spring was created in 3m x 4m spaces at Westfield Downtown and 277 Newmarket using three brand ambassadors. Shoppers were encouraged to try a free small serve sample of Deep Spring in a glass, and if they had the time to stop, the option of a free hand massage for a little revilatisaiton.

The results

Over the three week campaign period over 5,330 people sampled the Deep Spring, with over 3,000 flyers provided to shoppers. The campaign generated trial and purchase with the chance to 'Win a Cleaner for Year' special one-card promotion.
